How to Like and Share on Facebook Business Pages
Now that you know How to Like Another Facebook Page, it’s time to engage with some of the links, photos and videos they may post. By now I hope you know that the best way to manage a Facebook page is to Make It a Labor of Love. This means you should ideally be engaging fully with the other pages you follow. A great way to do this is to like and share something they post. 1) The first step is getting to the content you will like and share. To see your page’s newsfeed (separate from your private newsfeed), make sure you are currently using your page’s account, which can be done by clicking the drop-down arrow on the top right of the page. 2) Once you are using that account, you can either click “Home” a few buttons over from the drop-down arrow, or you can click the small Facebook “F” on the top left corner of the page. 3) This should take you to the newsfeed, where you’ll be able to scroll through the posts and updates made by the pages your own page follows. 4) To like a Facebook page’s post, click “like” just as you would in your private newsfeed. People viewing the post later will be able to see your page liked that post. 5) If you liked the post so much so that you found that it would resonate with your own page’s audience, you might want to share the post as well. To share a post with your own audience, click “share,” which is a link right by the “like” button. 6) When you click share, a pop-up will appear, setting up the post you’re about to share. It will give you an opportunity to comment on it before you send it off. After you’re done with your own contribution to the post–you don’t need to add to it, but it makes the post more personalized if you do–hit the share button. You’re all set! Your page’s fans will see what you shared, and the page from which you’ve shared the post will also see that you shared it.
